Prohibition child labour

Child labour, like defined in the ILO (International Labour Organisation) convention, the convention of the united nations resp. defined by national laws, is prohibited.

The rights of adolescent employees will be protected.

Corruption, corruptibility

Operative and private interests should be separated generally.

Accordingly it is prohibited for all employees, to accept advantages in any case or grant to a third party, which could influence decisions at impartial consideration. Infringement will have consequences in employment law, which could result up to a cancellation of the employment contract.
