Filters for ventilation systems
The requirements for industrial & process air filtration are constantly increasing. The protection of people, materials, machines and, of course, the environment is essential. In addition to particle filters for extremely high volume flows, the B&S Group also manufactures adsorption filters with specially equipped media to contain all types of VOC and odor emissions. With this broad product range, even the most complex applications can be served.
Suitable products for industrial applications
V-Cell with
activated carbon
V-cells with activated carbon have a large filter surface for adsorbing unpleasant odors and/or harmful gases.
V-cells with activated carbon are available in the usual standard sizes, e.g. 592x592x292 mm.
HiCap with
activated Carbon
Filters from the HiCap activated carbon series are used in ventilation supply and exhaust air systems with high odor and pollutant gas loads. The HiCap is available in various standard geometries.
HiCap with
Glass fiber
With our HIC-CAP filters, very high volume flows can be achieved with low pressure loss. Due to the special V-shape, the variable design of the frame systems and the use of selected micro glass fiber media, efficiencies up to filter classes H14 according to EN1822 can be achieved. Our frame systems are also available in stainless steel.
V-Cell with
Glass fiber
B&S offers COMP-S or V-cell filters in standard plastic frames (20 mm or 25 mm head) for installation in ventilation systems.
Various sealing options from normal foam to injection-molded seals are available.
