Controlled domestic ventilation

In controlled domestic ventilation, a distinction is made between 2 types.

Decentralized ventilation” uses several individual devices. These devices are positioned at different points in the room.

Central ventilation” refers to the combination of ventilation ducts in a central unit. This means that a single device ventilates the room via various ducts.

Products can be designed as an exhaust air, supply air or combined system. It dehumidifies the room air and prevents mold growth. Controlled domestic ventilation creates a noticeable feel-good climate.

Today, such systems are equipped with air filters. These are used in supply air and combination systems in particular to protect the room and the system from particles such as coarse and fine dust, pollen and insects.

An additional layer of carbon granules (combilayer filter) removes air pollutants and odors. It is common practice to install a filter for both the exhaust air and the future air in the respective appliance. Combinations of particle, combifilter or combifilter-plus are possible.
